These terms explain how you may use NEXTBOUND Ltd products and services, what you can expect from us, and the responsibilities that apply to your account.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, APIs, documentation, support services, and related products provided by NEXTBOUND Ltd. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation. In that case, references to you include that organisation.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it when it changes.
You may not share access in a way that avoids seat limits, security controls, or subscription restrictions. If you believe an account has been compromised, notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm other users, the platform, or NEXTBOUND Ltd. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, or a breach of these terms.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or intentionally misleading content.
- Do not use the service to build malware, evade security controls, or violate third-party rights.
- Do not resell or provide access to the service unless we have agreed to it in writing.
Customer content and AI outputs
You retain ownership of the content, prompts, files, data, and other materials that you submit to the service. You grant NEXTBOUND Ltd a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
AI-generated outputs may be similar across users and should be reviewed before relying on them. You are responsible for deciding whether outputs are accurate, appropriate, and suitable for your intended use.
Plans, fees, and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan, billing cycle, usage limits, and payment method shown at checkout or in your order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by NEXTBOUND Ltd.
We may change pricing or plan features from time to time. Changes to paid plans will apply at the next renewal or as otherwise communicated to you.
Intellectual property
NEXTBOUND Ltd and its licensors own all rights in the service, including software, interfaces, design, documentation, trademarks, and underlying technology. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes.
Confidentiality and security
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party must protect that information using reasonable care and use it only for purposes related to the service.
We maintain administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect the service. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should use appropriate controls for sensitive workflows.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXTBOUND Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, create security or legal risk, or use the service in a way that could harm NEXTBOUND Ltd or others.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.
